Youwe is a full-service Digital Agency leveraging AI to create practical, measurable business value. As a Senior AI Consultant, you will bridge client strategy and technical execution, translating needs into scalable AI solutions and guiding initiatives from discovery to implementation.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and cross-functional teams, shaping AI roadmaps, driving measurable outcomes, and ensuring solutions are technically feasible and commercially impactful.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a consultant in AI/automation.
• Degree in CS/AI/Business or related.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience with clients.
• Experience leading workshops and translating outcomes into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support: participate in sales conversations and scope AI projects with the commercial team.
• AI Value Discovery: lead workshops to surface problems and define measurable outcomes.
• Solution design: translate requirements into AI architectures and rationale.
• Delivery involvement: act as sparring partner with Delivery Manager and ML Engineers during projects.
• Strategy & QBR: present AI roadmap in quarterly business reviews and advise on AI maturity and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-sales support - join sales conversations, build credibility through AI domain expertise, and help scope and estimate AI projects alongside the commercial team
• AI Value Discovery - lead workshops to surface business problems, map AI opportunities, and define measurable outcomes clients can commit to
• Solution design - translate requirements into AI solution architectures; specify what to build and why, without necessarily building it yourself
• Delivery involvement - act as sparring partner for the Delivery Manager and ML Engineers during project execution; keep client expectations aligned with what's being delivered
• Strategy & QBR - represent the AI roadmap in quarterly business reviews; advise clients on AI maturity, adoption, and next steps

Job Requirements

• 5+ Years experience as a technical or implementation consultant, in AI or automation-related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML in a professional context - enough to earn the trust of engineers and the confidence of clients
• Experience running structured client workshops and translating outcomes into solution requirements
• Strong communicator across all levels - comfortable in a boardroom and in a sprint planning session
• Opinionated on AI trends (LLMs, agents, RAG, data architecture) without being dogmatic
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
