Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Dutch) to join our Athens-based, hybrid team. This full-time role targets renewals, product sales, and services, with a focus on upselling within an existing client portfolio.

You will forecast sales, develop product knowledge, and guide customers from onboarding to long-term adoption, while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch with English at least B2.
• Proven track record of achieving individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technology and data.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services and upsell opportunities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Proactively promote products to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and foster long-term product adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage.
• Handle objections to retain customers and secure new business.
• Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
