Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader. The role centers on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, and includes a 14-month compensation package with a relocation and bonus options.

Work is on-site in Greece with visa considerations in mind. Requirements include Dutch proficiency at C1 level and business English at C1, plus strong communication skills and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1 level and English at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects through outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM to track leads and interactions.
• Aim to meet KPIs and sales targets.
