Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support agents to join our international team in Greece. We offer full relocation support for EU candidates, with complete remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, investigating issues, promoting safety, and using data to improve experiences.

Fluency in Dutch (C1-C2) and English (B2+) is required. Relocation package covers flight, four weeks of hotel, airport pickup, and real estate support;
