The lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Dutch) to join on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, assist with account management, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required. The role offers relocation assistance, a performance-based bonus, training, and an international environment within a global gaming customer support context.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support users with password resets, payments and general account management queries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
• Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets.
