Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for Lisbon, Portugal, with a relocation package. Relocation includes flight, housing options and monthly gross pay.

You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat and be part of an international team in a mixed on-site/remote setting. Relocation supports life in Portugal with accommodation options, health insurance from day one, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to resolve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
