FH Collective - Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Lisbon-based team with a full relocation package. You will handle Dutch customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, contributing to a friendly, international support experience.

Relocation includes a flight, housing option, and competitive monthly pay. Aiming for a relaxed, helpful approach, you will join a multilingual team working from Lisbon with on-site and remote options within Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move there soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
