WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across multiple markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Fluent Dutch and C1 English are required, with strong customer service and communication skills. The role operates in a 24/7 rotational environment and onsite in Porto, Portugal.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
