WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a customer support specialist to join an onsite, 24/7 rotating shift team. You will handle verbal and written inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality service across multiple markets while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

The role requires Dutch language fluency and English at a C1 level, strong customer service skills, and excellent prioritization abilities. Accommodation support is offered for relocated candidates.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
