Job summary

WW Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join an international team. You will provide professional customer support via verbal and written communication, handle inquiries, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent Dutch and C1 English are required, with 24/7 rotational shifts. The role includes accommodation support and a welcome bonus; visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via verbal and written communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
• C1 level of English
