Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor in Malaga to help customers with mobile, internet and home services. You will deliver high-quality service, resolve issues, and spot opportunities to upsell relevant products.

Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates, with a permanent contract and hybrid working options after onboarding. You will join an international team across Europe, supporting a growing client base.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2)
• Good English skills (minimum B1)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commercial mindset with confidence speaking to customers
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems

About The Role

As a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll support customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.

You’ll help solve customer enquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that create value for the customer.
