Next Job Abroad is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our international client in Malaga, Spain. You will handle questions related to mobile services, internet and home products, delivering warm and professional service.

You’ll identify upsell opportunities, assist customers by phone, and collaborate with colleagues in an international team. This permanent, hybrid role offers relocation support and comprehensive training to help you succeed.

About The Role

As a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll support customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.

You’ll help solve customer enquiries while delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that create value for the customer.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing customer support via phone
• Assisting customers with mobile, broadband and TV‑related enquiries
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Identifying relevant upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
• Working closely with colleagues in an international team

Requirements
