Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals BV is seeking a QA Manager to maintain distribution quality systems for FPBV in the Netherlands. You will ensure inspection readiness, respond to observations, and drive CAPA closures, while supporting Health Authority inspections and GDP documentation.

You will act as the Responsible Person Delegate and oversee post-certification disposition of batches, with collaboration across Global QA and releasing sites. Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a scientific field required.
• 7 years+ experience in QA management or delegate roles.
• Strong QA, regulatory inspections and GDP/GxP knowledge.
• Excellent English; Spanish a plus.
• Proven ability to manage audits and complex quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FPBV Distribution Quality Systems and inspection readiness.
• Support Health Authority inspections and CAPA follow-up.
• Act as Responsible Person Delegate for FPBV.
• Oversee post-certification disposition and GDP documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and distribution partners.
