Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-English Customer Service Associate to join our Greece team, either on-site in Athens or remotely from Greece. This seasonal role offers international experience in the travel and hospitality sectors and a path to a long-term career with our award-winning team.

You will assist customers via voice, chat, or email, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while building strong relationships with accommodation partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B service.
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
• Computer savvy.
• High-speed internet in a quiet home-working environment.
• Greece resident or ability to relocate and obtain work authorization in Greece quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues.
• Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners, resolving basic questions such as modifications to rooms, rates, availability, extranet tools, etc.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll
