Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support European customers via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through features in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

Fluency in Dutch and strong English are required, with EU work eligibility and willingness to relocate to Greece. Onboarding includes paid training and clear growth paths within global brands.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken (C1/C2).
• English knowledge at least B2 level to navigate systems.
• EU passport or valid Greece work permit required.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable with computers and basic software.
• Excellent communication, empathy and problem-solving.
• Willing to relocate to Greece in coming weeks.

Responsibilities

• Serve Dutch-speaking customers across Europe by phone, chat, and email.
• Provide helpful, empathetic, and clear support for inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through features.
• Collaborate with international teams in a multicultural environment.
• Keep up-to-date with brand features and tools through onboarding.
