BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to provide professional, personalized support across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will engage customers via phone, email, chat, and digital channels, identifying needs and delivering effective solutions.

The role requires fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), and eligibility to work in the EU (or Portuguese residency). You will join an international team with growth opportunities in the Travel sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
