Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator to monitor and enforce brand guidelines across social content. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, a college degree, and strong moderation and decision-making skills with local market insight. It offers 24/7 rotating shifts and on-site work in central Lisbon.

You will review content, escalate issues per contractual guidelines, and participate in ongoing training and career development provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• College degree or equivalent diploma required.
• Understanding of e-commerce landscape helpful.
• Experience in moderation/service industry required.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and local market expertise.

Responsibilities

• Review contents within agreed latency service levels and standards of quality.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Escalate issues to the client in line with MSA and SOW on knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
