Job summary

GKN Fokker Aerospace is seeking a Programme Manager for a UAV programme in Hoogeveen. You will lead development through industrialisation, establishing a scalable operating model for future DUAV introductions.

You will align engineering, operations and supply chain, drive governance, and deliver a repeatable way of working for OEM transformation. Strong leadership and Dutch/English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in engineering/manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Experience with OEM/aerospace environments is valued.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Manufacturing or Aerospace.
• Strong expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialisation.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience driving organisational change and business transformation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally ~1x per month.
• Available to work on-site in Hoogeveen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategically important programme from product development through industrialisation and market introduction.
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams with scope, milestones, budget, quality and performance targets.
• Coordinate the Integrated Programme Team (IPT) across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Establish governance structures and lifecycle gate reviews.
• Lead NPI and industrialisation activities, including pilot production capabilities.
• Shape manufacturing strategy, make-or-buy decisions and supply chain readiness.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Support leadership with strategy, investments and business cases.
• Act as change leader for a future-proof organisation.
