LeydenJar seeks a seasoned Product & Commercialization Manager for drone cells to shape the product and drive commercial rollout. You will lead customer engagements, partnerships, and the path to the first production line, liaising with R&D and manufacturing to ensure a commercially viable offering.

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable targets.

Responsabilités

• Define a drone cell product and oversee first sample production.
• Bring in launching customers and lead product marketing.
• Ensure profitable operations through cost modelling and pricing discussions.
• Support setup of LeydenJar’s first commercial cell production line.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment with R&D, production, and logistics.
