Job summary

Barbie: The Dream Experience in Amsterdam North seeks Hospitality Hosts to welcome guests into a world of dreamy imagination, design and storytelling. You will guide guests through the space, provide information, and help maintain a warm and unforgettable atmosphere.

The role requires energy, excellent communication (English mandatory; Dutch preferred), and a customer-driven mindset. Part-time hours with weekend inclusion and flexibility during school holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication in English; Dutch preferred.
• Able to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• High energy, self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Customer-driven mentality with fast thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the space and provide information.
• Ensure a smooth visitor flow and contribute to a warm, inspiring atmosphere.
