Job summary

Milence is expanding Europe’s largest public charging network for heavy-duty electric vehicles. We seek a Domain Lead - Charging Technology to shape how charging tech scales across Milence’s network and drive a reliable, future-ready roadmap.

You will translate emerging technologies and standards into strategic plans, work with suppliers and OEMs, and ensure interoperability and lifecycle development. Based in Arnhem with substantial onsite presence and international collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong technical leadership translating complex tech into actionable roadmaps.
Experience leading charging technology programs from concept to deployment.
Experience with international suppliers, OEMs and multi-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge of standards: IEC 61851, ISO 15118, OCPP, OCPI, cybersecurity interfaces.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate charging technology vision, strategy and roadmap.
Lead development of high-power charging domain including CCS, MCS, architecture, interoperability and performance.
Translate customer and operational needs into practical technical solutions and priorities.
Lead charging technology programs from concept through deployment and improvement.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Procurement, Finance and other teams.
