FTI Consulting (Netherlands) B.V. is seeking a Director/Senior Director with a background in financial due diligence. You will take overall responsibility for mid-size, complex projects and liaise with Partners, while mentoring Consultants and driving deal execution.

The role involves strategic client engagement, growth of the business, and deep analysis of targets to reveal value drivers and risks in multi‑jurisdictional transactions.

Formación

• Master degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• At least four years of experience within Transactions.
• Experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall lead responsibility for delivering mid-size complex projects, liaising with Partners.
• Supervise and mentor Consultants, reviewing analyses and deliverables.
• Engage in business development, client catch-ups, and cross-border deal awareness.
• Analyze financial performance and understand business models and value drivers.
