Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client in the Netherlands to recruit a Director of Project Management for Rare Disease and Pediatrics. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for complex clinical studies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver programs on schedule and within budget.

You will guide teams through trials, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and build trusted client relationships while contributing to business development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences preferred.
• At least 9 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Minimum 4 years of people management experience.
• Experience with rare diseases and pediatric studies preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact for complex clinical studies and programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to mitigate operational risks.
• Lead project teams per SOPs, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure TMFs are audit-ready and delivered on time when scoped.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Provide line management and talent development for PM staff.
