Job summary

The Director, Public Policy will lead external engagement with government bodies, regulators and industry coalitions, shaping policy positions and advocating for the company’s agenda in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in government relations or public policy roles.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of data centres, technology, cybersecurity, energy and sustainability policy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Europe, including Brussels.

Responsibilities

• Lead external engagement with government bodies and regional stakeholders.
• Build relationships with policymakers and regulators in the EU and member states.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to respond to policy challenges.
• Manage public policy coalitions and trade associations.
• Prepare policy submissions and participate in public consultations.
• Support executives with policy messaging and thought leadership.
