Job summary

Nebius is looking for a hands-on Director of Product, Ecosystem to shape our platform for the next generation of AI applications. You will own the ecosystem strategy and focus on agentic infrastructure that developers and enterprises rely on to build, run, and scale AI workloads.

In this leadership role you’ll identify customer needs, explore new opportunities, and translate ideas into production capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience building technical products, with meaningful ownership of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
• Track record of taking products from ambiguous customer problem to production adoption, with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work through architecture and implementation decisions with engineers.
• Hands-on approach: you can use APIs/SDKs, explore unfamiliar tools, and build working prototypes.
• Experience designing developer experiences across APIs, integrations, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with how AI applications are built and an informed perspective on infrastructure needs of agentic systems.
• Strong customer discovery skills and sound judgment about which needs can support a repeatable product.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including product proposals, tradeoffs, and investment recommendations.
• Comfort setting direction, making decisions, and delivering in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, priorities, and roadmap for emerging opportunities in agentic infrastructure.
• Work directly with developers and enterprise teams to understand workflows and constraints.
• Translate insights into clear product decisions and scoped releases.
• Partner with engineering and design throughout discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
• Define success through adoption, production usage, customer outcomes, and business impact.
• Build prototypes, sample apps, and integrations to test ideas concretely.
• Use Nebius and ecosystem tools to understand developer experience and identify gaps.
• Validate concepts with customers and turn experiments into production offerings.
• Help create reference architectures and examples to accelerate developer onboarding.
• Lead partnerships, from concept through integration, launch, and adoption.
