Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux is seeking a Head of Project Management & Development to lead renovation and development projects across the Benelux portfolio. You will coordinate operations, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and brand standards.

You will review technical drawings, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering sustainability and operational efficiency across multiple hotels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level working and thinking ability in construction/related field.
• 5–10 years in project management, construction or property development.
• Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of Dutch building regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead renovation and development projects across the Benelux portfolio.
• Manage CAPEX, maintenance and renovation budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support hotel teams on technical and maintenance projects.
• Monitor timelines, quality, and costs; review drawings and specs.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, permits and safety requirements.
• Prepare business cases and project proposals; report progress and risks.
