Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to support Italian, Spanish, International Marketing, International Market Access and International Medical teams.

You will provide tactical guidance and hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, collaborating with the Executive Director, International HR Partner to align people strategies with global priorities and local market needs.

Qualifications

• Significant HR leadership experience across multiple countries and functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor practices and HR compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner across multiple teams, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent development.
• Support recruitment for key commercial and medical roles and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Partner with payroll and HR teams to deliver consistent employee experiences and regional programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies and Rhythm standards.
