Rituals in Amsterdam seeks a Director Digital Product to shape the future of our global digital experience across Rituals.com and the Rituals App. You will translate customer needs into a clear product strategy, guiding a team of product leads, business analysts and delivery professionals toward high-impact, omnichannel customer journeys.

Together with also colleagues from other departments you will create digital products that connect seamlessly with our omnichannel customer journey across stores, app, web, CRM and customer service.This leadership role within the Digital Management Team, combines strategic vision, organisational leadership and a passion for innovation. AI plays a key role in this position. You will challenge traditional ways of working and leverage AI to fundamentally improve customer understanding, product discovery, experimentation and delivery effectiveness. **Your Accountbilities****Shape the future of our digital customer experience**You will define and execute the digital product vision across Rituals.com and the Rituals App, creating seamless customer journeys that support our global growth ambitions. By translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear product strategy, you will ensure our digital ecosystem continues to deliver meaningful value for customers and the business.**Build and inspire a high-performing product organisation**Leading a team of approximately 25 product professionals, you will strengthen leadership capability, elevate product maturity and create the culture needed for the future. Through coaching, mentoring and clear direction, you will empower teams to grow, innovate and perform at their best.**Drive customer and business impact**You will encourage an outcome-driven culture where success is measured by customer value and business results. Together with your teams, you will continuously improve digital experiences, product performance and key customer outcomes across all markets.**Accelerate innovation through AI**AI will be a fundamental part of your approach. You will embed AI across product discovery, decision-making, experimentation and delivery, enabling teams to move faster, make smarter decisions and unlock new opportunities for customers and the business.**Create strong partnerships across Rituals**Working closely with colleagues across Technology, Architecture, Data, Portfolio, Marketing and Commercial teams, you will align customer needs, business ambitions and technology investments to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences.**Lead strategic partnerships**You will establish trusted relationships with external technology and delivery partners, ensuring they contribute as an extension of the Rituals team while maintaining high standards for quality, performance and customer outcomes.## Bring all of youYou are an experienced product leader who combines strategic thinking with strong people leadership. You are passionate about creating customer value, developing talent and building high-performing organisations. You know how to navigate complexity, inspire teams and bring stakeholders together around a shared vision. On top of this:* Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) leading and developing high-performing product organisations, including product leaders and multidisciplinary teams.* Strong track record of delivering impactful customer-facing digital products within retail, ecommerce, consumer goods or similar customer-centric environments.* Experience operating in international, multi-market organisations, with a deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and digital ecosystems.* Demonstrated success in raising product maturity and leveraging AI to improve customer understanding, product innovation and team effectiveness.* Strong stakeholder management capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of modern technology landscapes and experience working with strategic delivery and technology partners.* **You reside in the Netherlands and able to work office based 80/20.****Your leadership style**You are a customer-obsessed leader who focuses on outcomes rather than outputs.
