Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Digital Solution Lead to oversee design, development and deployment of digital solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with business objectives, and manage vendor relationships to enable continuous innovation.

Applicants bring a strong Oil & Gas background, 5+ years in digital projects, and knowledge of Scrum. Master’s degree is mandatory; the role emphasizes strategic direction and execution within Rotterdam.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with IT Solutions Architects and Project Managers on requirements.
Oversee documentation for digital solutions including user manuals and specs.
Ensure smooth deployment and integration within existing IT infrastructure.
Provide leadership and foster continuous improvement within the team.
Organize end-user training with Business Representatives support.
Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for operation of digital solutions.
Monitor user adoption and value, implementing improvements as needed.
Manage contracts with digital solution suppliers and plan maintenance evolution.
