Job summary

Impress is seeking a Dental Assistant to support doctors and manage the daily flow of our high-tech clinics. You will perform 3D intraoral scanning, X-rays, hygiene, sterilization, and coordinate material preparation while ensuring a seamless patient journey.

You will lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accurate data in our digital systems. Flexibility to work across locations and travel is required in this fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience assisting dental professionals.
• Experience with EMRs, X-rays, and intra-oral scanners.
• Valid work authorization for the country of operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations and work flexible hours.
• Fluent English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and prep materials.
• Lead patient reception, explain treatments, and ensure accurate clinical data in systems.
• Support front desk tasks and daily clinic management for smooth patient flow.
• Deliver high-quality results through initiative and continuous improvement.
