1️⃣ What you’ll do

From day one, you’ll work as a UX designer on an innovation project focused on the development and implementation of a new digital platform.

You’ll take ownership within the project and work closely with stakeholders to translate user needs into concrete design solutions.

During this one‑year project, you will:

• Design and test prototypes for a new digital platform
• Conduct user research and turn insights into design decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
• Deliver tangible UX outcomes that improve the service
