Job summary

Envalior seeks a Digital Functional Expert to design innovative information solutions and advise stakeholders. You will drive business value across the organization by translating supply chain strategy into system requirements and coordinating IT–business initiatives.

You will lead workshops, create functional designs, ensure governance compliance, and support change management. A strong ERP background and appetite for new technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Digital Solutions, BPM or related domain
• Experience in SAP logistics/planning modules and SAP IBP; understands IT architecture and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Identify and propose digital and ERP-based solutions to solve Supply Chain challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, promoting best practices and technology adoption.
• Drive process simplification, automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate solution design and development with architects, developers and IT teams.
• Lead implementation of Supply Chain solutions and support user adoption.
• Bridge between business users and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop business cases, improvement proposals, project plans and effort estimates.

Are you a digital expert with a passion for transforming business processes through technology? Join Envalior as a Digital Functional Expert and play a key role in designing innovative information solutions, advising stakeholders, and driving business value across the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and propose digital and ERP-based solutions to solve Supply Chain business challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, promoting best practices and technology adoption.
• Drive process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external market and technology developments and assess their applicability to the business.
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders and SMEs to understand business strategy and translate it into system requirements.
• Assess enhancement requests, define solution scope, estimate effort/cost, and ensure end-to-end process consistency.

• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and design functional solutions.
• Create and review functional designs covering business processes, data models, functional logic, testing, authorizations, and operational support.
• Coordinate solution design and development activities with architects, developers, and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Lead implementation of new Supply Chain solutions and support user adoption.
• Serve as the bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Analyze business process performance and identify improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Develop business cases, improvement proposals, project plans, and effort estimates.
• Advise and support end users on the effective use of Supply Chain systems and processes.
• Support change management, rollout planning, governance, and adoption of new solutions.
• Challenge business requirements where necessary and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Apply design thinking principles and engage senior management when decisions or alignment are required.

• Master's degree in Applied Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Digital Solutions, Business Process Management, or a related functional domain.
• Experience in SAP (logistics/planning modules) and SAP IBP
• Understands information architecture (data, process and IT) and industry best practices
• Knows the business processes to a high level of detail that run in the applicable functional domain
• General knowledge on the peripheral functional/technology domains;
• Knowledge on the Envalior ICT policies, baselines, strategies and standards;
• Collaboration skills to orchestrate activities with diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency and to share insights with colleagues
• Communication skills (English) including the ability to relate to various levels in the organization, through presentation, discussion and or virtual engagements
• A drive and curiosity for new technologies and innovations in the fast moving supply market with constant changes and new technologies (Mobility, Analytics, Internet of Things, cloud computing
