Job summary

Ocean Network Express seeks a Digital & E-commerce Specialist to join a new centralized team in Rotterdam focusing on digital strategy, customer onboarding, and the development of our E-commerce platform and AI initiatives. You will help create a superior customer experience by guiding onboarding to our digital tools and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to boost digital adoption.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a passion for digitalization, knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with digitalization, E-commerce platforms, project management, or shipping/logistics is preferred.
Flexible, creative problem-solver with customer focus and service orientation.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch communication.
Able to work with diverse stakeholders and drive digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Implement the local Digital and E-commerce strategy for the Rotterdam office.
Own the customer onboarding process to increase usage of digital tools.
Represent ONE in meetings, reviews, and daily transactions.
Gather customer and competitive insights to innovate products and grow market share.
Monitor usage and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
Support AI initiatives and system developments.
Assist teams and customers with EDI and API connections.
Create and deliver training on E-commerce tools like ONE Quote, Quick Booking, and E-BL.
