Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Digital Designer for its Amsterdam HQ. You will join a dynamic team shaping the online presence of the first fully digital supermarket, crafting engaging web pages with designers, copywriters, developers and marketers.

With 2–4 years of web design experience and a strong portfolio, you will ensure accessibility, performance, and brand consistency while collaborating across the Netherlands, Germany and France. English fluency and EU work permit are required.

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in visual, media, digital or communication design.
2–4 years of web design experience with a strong online portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
EU work permit holder and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Create engaging, responsive web designs and interfaces with wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
Collaborate with cross-country teams to ensure design–development alignment and accessibility.
Maintain Picnic's visual identity across all web channels and pages.
Stay current with design trends and best practices in web design.
