Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Designer Working Student to shape our employer brand across the Netherlands, France, and Germany. You’ll craft visuals and edit videos for LinkedIn, help plan content, coordinate assets, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from idea to post.

You'll collaborate with a 20+ person Creative team, contribute to a distinctive, engaging candidate experience, and learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. Amsterdam-based position with flexible perks.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in a creative field (Visual/Graphic Design, Communications, Media).
• Portfolio or samples of work showing visual storytelling is expected.
• Familiarity with or willingness to develop skills in video content creation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Create employer brand content: design and edit visuals and videos for Picnic’s LinkedIn page, campaigns and other channels.
• Own LinkedIn campaign processes: plan content, coordinate assets and timelines, publish posts and keep processes organized.
• Turn ideas and raw footage into clear, engaging content that shows what it's like to work at Picnic.
• Adapt content for different formats and channels while maintaining look and messaging consistency.
• Support the creative process with feedback and timely content delivery.
• Learn from performance and use insights to improve future posts and campaigns.
