Job summary

Talcom ищет инженера DevOps для разработки и поддержки высоконагруженной облачной инфраструктуры в кибербезопасности. Ваша задача — строить масштабируемые решения на AWS, внедрять CI/CD и GitOps, управлять Kubernetes и обеспечивать стабильность сервисов. Педи по минимуму 25 дней отпуска и гибкий график.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с AWS на продакшн-уровне (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Навыки управления Kubernetes и Helm.
• Опыт работы с IaC (Terraform или аналог).
• Доказанные CI/CD и GitOps-практики (GitLab CI, Argo CD).
• Мониторинг и логирование (Grafana/Prometheus, CloudWatch).
• Работа с ELK/OpenSearch, сетевые и безопасность облака.
• Способность diagnose и решать проблемы на инфраструктурном уровне.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование, обслуживание и улучшение инфраструктуры на AWS.
• Создание и оптимизация CI/CD и GitOps рабочих процессов.
• Управление Kubernetes и развертывания приложений.
• Разработка и поддержка Infrastructure as Code.
• Повышение надежности, масштабируемости и доступности систем.
• Реализация мониторинга, логирования и наблюдаемости.
• Поиск причин сбоев и анализ корневых причин инцидентов.
• Поддержка развертываний в внутренних и клиентских средах.
• Соблюдение политики безопасности и IAM в облаке.
• Обеспечение инфраструктуры под задачи инженеров и AI/ML нагрузок.
• Инициатива по профилактике обслуживания инфраструктуры.

Job description

Описание: Talcom recruits for a growing technology company operating in the cybersecurity space.

Задачи:

• Design, maintain, and improve AWS-based infrastructure
• Build and optimise CI/CD and GitOps workflows
• Manage Kubernetes environments and application deployments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and availability
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis
• Support deployments across internal and customer environments
• Maintain infrastructure security and cloud IAM standards
• Support compute infrastructure used by engineering and AI/ML workloads
• Identify infrastructure maintenance requirements proactively
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents
• Work closely with software engineering and data teams to build, maintain, and improve scalable infrastructure and deployment environments
