Objective Platform, a Amsterdam-based tech company, is hiring a DevOps Engineer to own and enhance the infrastructure and deployment processes for a cutting-edge marketing analytics platform.

You’ll collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure delivery. The role emphasizes automation, observability, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure role.
• Solid Linux system administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure in production, with a preference for GCP.
• Hands-on IaC experience using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with modern observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Datadog).
• Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build & Maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery.
• Drive automation of deployment processes and infra management.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor system health, analyze metrics, and manage incident response.
• Enforce security standards across deployment processes and cloud infra.
• Continuously learn and apply modern DevOps tools and methodologies.
