Job summary

TMC in the Netherlands is seeking a Civil Technical Designer / Specification Writer to join our project team. You will translate client needs into concrete civil designs and prepare RAW specifications, Health & Safety Plan, and ground balance.

You will produce Preliminary, Final, and Detailed Designs and Civil 3D drawings, critically evaluate design documents, and collaborate with other specialists to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparing RAW specifications and accompanying documents, such as the Health & Safety Plan and a ground balance.
• Translating designs into contracts, ensuring technical content and accuracy.
• Producing civil technical designs (Preliminary Design, Final Design, Detailed Design) and creating specification drawings in Civil 3D.
• Critically evaluating design documents and ensuring the quality of project execution.
• Actively contributing to a project team and collaborating with other specialists to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
