Job summary

Fitura in Utrecht, with a hybrid studio setup, seeks a Designer for Digital Platform within Chapter Design to fuse design expertise with AI-supported workflows and knowledge management to build a centrally managed AI Skill library.

You will transform design standards into reusable AI Skills that guide, challenge, and accelerate design work while preserving human professional judgment, collaborating with 100+ designers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX design or design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, AI skills, or knowledge-based automation.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility (a11y), UX writing, and design quality practices.
• Experience documenting and structuring knowledge for broad organizational adoption.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem blueprint & structure: Create a centralized structure and blueprint for Chapter-wide AI skills.
• Knowledge harvesting: Identify and analyze key knowledge sources, including subject matter experts, Figma files, implemented journeys, and existing documentation.
• AI Skill translation & validation: Translate existing design standards into reusable AI Skills covering UX writing, design reviews, accessibility, design system alignment, handover, and documentation.
• Collaboration & structuring: Facilitate workshops with designers and stakeholders to capture, structure, and scale design knowledge across 100+ creatives.

Role Overview

As a Designer for Digital Platform within Chapter Design (based in the Utrecht design studio with a hybrid setup), you combine design expertise, AI-supported workflows, and knowledge management to establish a centrally managed AI Skill library. Your mission is to transform proven design standards, review frameworks, and quality criteria into reusable AI Skills that guide, challenge, and accelerate design work while preserving human professional judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem Blueprint & Structure: Create a centralized structure and blueprint for Chapter-wide AI skills.
• Knowledge Harvesting: Identify and analyze key knowledge sources, including subject matter experts, Figma files, implemented journeys, and existing documentation.
• AI Skill Translation & Validation: Translate existing design standards and best practices into reusable working examples of AI Skills covering UX Writing, Design Reviews, Accessibility Assessments, Design System Alignment, Developer Handover, and Documentation.

Your Deliverables:

• Centralized blueprint and structural framework for Chapter-wide AI skills.

• Structured documentation, review frameworks, and operational quality standards for broad organizational use.

Your Profile:

• Experience (Hard Requirements):
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX design or design systems.
  • Demonstrable, practical hands-on experience working with AI-assisted workflows, prompt engineering, AI Skills, or knowledge-based automation.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility (a11y), UX writing, and design quality practices.
