ARMA in Badhoevedorp is seeking a motivated Design & Merchandise Intern to assist in developing leather collections for ARMA and STUDIO AR. This role starts in September 2026 and lasts for 5–6 months.
The intern will work closely with the design and production team, contributing by translating designs into technical drawings and analyzing sales results from previous collections. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe CC is required, alongside a creative and structured approach.

ARMA was founded in 1985 as a family-owned atelier and has built expertise in leather, shearling, and suede. Now led by the second generation, the brand continues to evolve through material innovation and a focus on timeless silhouettes. STUDIO AR, founded in 2018, is ARMA’s sister brand, drawing on decades of craftsmanship and expertise in leather.
As a Design & Merchandise Intern at ARMA, you will work closely with the design and production team, supporting the daily processes behind two annual collections for both ARMA and STUDIO AR. You will help keep processes structured and well-documented while contributing a considered eye for design and awareness of international runway developments.
