ARMA is looking for a Product Management & Development Intern in Badhoevedorp. The internship offers the chance to assist in product lifecycle management, from concept to production, collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of current market trends required.
• Basic knowledge of product development processes in fashion preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel necessary.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn are important.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

As a Product Management & Development Intern in the fashion industry, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of fashion collections. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the products are aligned with the brand vision and market needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning, product development, and ensuring the smooth execution of timelines and budgets. This internship will provide valuable experience in the fast‑paced world of fashion product management, allowing you to contribute to both creative and strategic aspects of the business. You’ll join a dynamic, young team where continuous learning and growth are key to daily practice.

This internship is available from September 2025, for 5‑6 months. Only applicants currently living in the Netherlands and enrolled in an educational institution will be considered.
