Job summary

Sisk Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process on allocated packages, ensuring outputs are compliant, buildable and aligned with client requirements and contractual obligations.

You will work closely with Senior Design Managers, consultants and the wider supply chain to deliver integrated design solutions, manage risks and drive value through technical design excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in design management or technical coordination within construction or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, building regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in managing consultants and subcontractor design packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production and delivery of design information in line with programme requirements.
• Coordinate the inputs of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve fully integrated design solutions.
• Support the development and management of design programmes, deliverables and reporting.
• Ensure timely resolution of design queries and interface issues across disciplines.
