Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong commercial skills with ability to drive sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Veeva and digital engagement tools.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term partnerships with dermatologists in your territory.
• Execute the national sales strategy and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement territory business plans and account strategies.
• Collect and share market and customer insights to support cross-functional decisions.
• Plan, document and report activities in Veeva CRM and related systems.
