Job summary

Healthplus.ai in Amsterdam is seeking a Deployment Engineer to own the technical side of getting PERISCOPE live in hospitals and keeping the infrastructure solid behind the scenes.

You’ll install EHR connectors, stand up PERISCOPE in cloud or on‑premise, verify everything works before go‑live, and strengthen DevOps across implementations. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a plus. Hybrid work (office Monday/Wednesday). Salary 75k–95k gross/year, plus equity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of DevOps/production deployment experience.
• Degree in CS/IT/engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu), Git, SSH, VPNs.
• VM provisioning and cloud/on-prem using Ansible and Terraform/terragrunt.
• Docker and container management.
• CI/CD, monitoring/observability.
• Network security—TLS, OAuth2.
• Fluent English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

As our Deployment Engineer, you own the technical side of getting PERISCOPE live in hospitals and keeping our infrastructure solid behind the scenes. You'll be on the front line of every implementation: installing our EHR connector, standing up PERISCOPE in the cloud or on-premise, sorting out VPNs, VMs and connectivity, and verifying that everything works before go-live. Between implementations, you'll strengthen our internal DevOps and ensure all elements are in place and operate flawlessly to monitor, and quality check our deployed products.

What you’ll do

• Install and configure the EHR connectors and PERISCOPE at hospitals — cloud and on-premise

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years' experience in DevOps / deploying and operating systems in production
• Degree in CS/IT/engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu), Git, SSH and VPNs
• VM & infrastructure provisioning, on-premise and cloud using Ansible and Terraform/terragrunt
• Docker + container management;
• CI/CD, DevOps practices, monitoring/observability
• Network security — peering, firewalls, whitelisting, TLS, OAuth2
• A structured problem-solver comfortable on‑site with hospital teams
• Fluent English (Dutch a big plus given our current customer base)
• Bonus: EHR integration experience, or a regulated medical-device background (ISO 13485 / IEC 62304).
