Job summary

KRUSH Labs, based in Eindhoven, seeks a Department Manager to lead the electronic design and embedded software teams. You will provide technical direction, drive team growth, and ensure successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects.

You will work closely with project teams, allocate engineers across projects, and shape the hardware and embedded systems strategy. A strong background in electronics and embedded software and prior people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (electrical/electronics/computer engineering or embedded systems).
• Proven experience leading electronics and embedded software teams.

As a Department Manager, you will lead and develop the team responsible for electronic design and embedded software developments. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving team growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects.

You will work closely with project teams and provide technical direction and support throughout development. The role combines combine strong expertise in electronic design and embedded software development with proven experience in people management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration As a key member of the engineering department, you will help shape the future structure, processes, and technical direction of the hardware and embedded systems team.

Key Responsibilities
