KRUSH Labs, based in Eindhoven, seeks a Department Manager to lead the electronic design and embedded software teams. You will provide technical direction, drive team growth, and ensure successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects.

You will work closely with project teams, allocate engineers across projects, and shape the hardware and embedded systems strategy. A strong background in electronics and embedded software and prior people management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (electrical/electronics/computer engineering or embedded systems).
• Proven experience leading electronics and embedded software teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and develop the team responsible for electronic design and embedded software development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in electronic design and embedded software development.
• Oversee team performance and support efficient allocation of engineers across projects.
• Oversee project development at a high level, ensuring alignment with technical objectives and project requirements.
• Support project teams with technical guidance and decision-making where needed.
• Coordinate collaboration between electronic design and embedded software teams.
• Contribute to technical planning, priorities, and resource allocation across projects.
• Support the development of engineering processes and ways of working within the team.
• Balance technical priorities with team development and project requirements.
