Job summary

Impress is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and manage daily clinic flow in a high-tech, paperless environment across multiple Netherlands locations. You will perform 3D intraoral scans, handle reception, and ensure accurate digital records.

The role requires prior dental assistant experience, proficiency with EMRs and X-rays, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a dental setting providing assistance to dental professionals.
• Experience with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners and digital file management.
• Strong written communication and accurate data handling.
• Ability to stand long hours and travel between clinic locations.
• Fluent English required; Dutch language a plus.
• Valid work authorization for the Netherlands and compliance with local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans and X-rays and assist with hygiene and sterilization.
• Lead patient reception and communicate treatment procedures clearly.
• Coordinate material preparation and maintain digital records.
• Support front desk tasks and ensure smooth doctor–patient flow.
