Samako is a premium home-cleaning brand redefining everyday essentials. We seek a Demand Planner to own forecasting and inventory as we scale internationally.

This is a fully remote, full-time role where your work influences purchasing decisions, cash flow, and sustainable growth. You’ll build forecasting systems, dashboards, and data-driven planning processes to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or inventory planning.
• D2C e-commerce experience with 300–400% YoY growth is a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience building data-driven forecasting systems and owning planning data.
• Excellent English communication and proactive mindset.

• Lead replenishment and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
• Align Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance through a reliable S&OP process.
• Improve forecast accuracy while reducing stockouts and excess inventory.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Planner to take ownership of demand forecasting and inventory planning as we scale. You’ll turn sales data, seasonality, marketing plans, and growth targets into accurate forecasts that keep products in stock while minimising excess inventory.

This is a full-time, fully remote role where your work will directly impact purchasing decisions, cash flow, and sustainable growth.

What you'll do:

• Own demand forecasting across channels and SKUs.
• Lead replenishment and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
• Align Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance through a reliable S&OP process.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory planning.
