Job summary

Enemix is seeking a senior delivery lead to manage end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS projects across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will own pre-construction through to handover, coordinating design, construction, commissioning and interfaces with OEMs, BoP contractors, grid operators and owners' engineers.

The role requires proven delivery of large-scale infrastructure, strong engineering grounding, and fluency in Dutch and English; Amsterdam-based with 60/40 hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery of at least one large-scale infrastructure project.
• Engineering background with a structured, evidence-based approach.
• Experience with large-scale solar or wind projects and grid permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS projects in NL and BE.
• Drive design through construction, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Coordinate interfaces with BESS OEMs, BoP contractors, HV/MV vendors, grid operators.
• Own programme, cost, quality, HSE and interface risk across each project.
• Review contractor deliverables and resolve technical issues; build the delivery team.
