Job summary

Eneco in the Netherlands seeks a Delivery Lead to own both the operation and transformation of the B2B Delivery and Billing platforms. You will lead an internal team of eight professionals and coordinate external partners, translating business needs into clear roadmaps and managing budgets, SLAs, and platform stability at enterprise scale.

• Leads B2B Delivery and Billing Engineering team.
• Manages internal team of ~8 FTE including Engineers, Solution Consultants and Functional specialists.
• Translates complex business requirements into clear roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and ongoing stability of the Delivery and Billing platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements.
• Manage external suppliers against contract, budget and SLA.
• Bridge between technical delivery and business stakeholders.
